Welcome To Brewer Farms Condominium Association!!!

We are a community  of 2 story condominiums built in the 1990's.  We have 16 buildings with 136 units located off of US 27 in Historic Marshall. We have 10 buildings located on the south side of North Ave. and 6 buildings located on the north side. Co-Owners will enjoy lots of lush greenery as well as wooded areas throughout our complex. 

 

Owners at Brewer Farms enjoy the benefits of ownership without alot of the work.  We have a Property Management company available during regular business hours as well as emergency hours to take care of all of your ground maintenance and exterior maintenance needs.
